Lay Chaplain St Mary's Catholic College, Blackburn
St Mary’s College requires a baptised and practising Roman Catholic Lay Chaplain starting September 2018 or sooner if possible.
This is a term-
The post will be paid at Point 42 in the Sixth Form Colleges Support Staff Pay Spine, currently £33,429 per annum which equates to an actual salary of £22,794 per annum.
If you are a well-
The scope of the role will involve supporting and nurturing the spirituality of College staff and students, ensuring Liturgical celebrations are organised and promoted, and working with College staff to ensure that St Mary’s College Catholic ethos within the Marist tradition is maintained and that spiritual values are safeguarded. The Chaplain may be required to advise/resource classes as part of tutorial or religious education.
